Issue:

“When I went to retrieve my password, I received an error message that reads ‘We could not find the address you entered in our system’

Resolution:

  • Be sure to enter the same e-mail address you entered when you originally registered.
  • If you are certain that you are entering the correct e-mail address, it’s possible that there was a problem with your initial registration or your account may have been deactivated due to inactivity. You may simply register again as a new user at http://www.ownacondo.com/searchres.aspx
