Issue:

“I successfully completed the registration form, but when I attempt to log in, I receive an error message that reads ‘We could not find your information in the system, please try again or register.’

Resolution:

Upon submitting your registration, you should receive an e-mail with an activation link that will allow you to begin your property searches. The e-mail will be From: info@ownacondo.com with the Subject: Account Activation. It is required that you click on the “Activate Account” link in the body of the e-mail message before you log in to begin you condo search. Upon clicking the activation link, a message will be displayed in your web browser confirming successful activation.

In the event you did NOT receive the “Account Activation” e-mail immediately after completing the registration form, please review the steps below:

  • Refresh your e-mail Inbox to retrieve new mail
  • Make sure that the e-mail messages from info@ownacondo.com were not automatically moved from your Inbox or to a Trash bin due to e-mail rules and/or e-mail filter settings.
  • If you entered an invalid or incorrect e-mail address on the registration form, then you must complete the registration form again, using your correct e-mail address.
  • If, after reregistering, you still do not receive an e-mail with account activation instructions, please email customercare@ownacondo.com for further assistance.
